Checkmate has a product template named quick-view. It holds the content of the quick view popup, which opens from the eye button on a product card's photo, or from the plus button when the product needs a choice. Your Shopify admin lists it with your other product templates, and a product assigned to it shows the popup's short layout as its whole page.
You can recognize this cause on the product's page: it shows the photos, the title, the description, the choices and the add to cart button with the price, then a "View full details" link that opens the same page. None of the sections under the product information, such as the questions or the related products, show. Other products look as they should.
On a computer, such a page opens with one large photo across the page under the header, with no column of details beside it.
In your Shopify admin, go to Products.
Click the product.
Under Theme template, select Default product.
Click Save.
Repeat these steps for each product that looks like a popup. Leave quick-view unassigned for every product. The quick view popup uses it for every product without being assigned. Use a different layout for some products explains which templates to assign.
You edited the quick-view template instead of the product page
In the editor, the quick-view template previews inside a popup frame. Changes you make there show in the quick view popup, not on product pages. You can recognize this cause when the editor shows the product inside a popup frame and your changes appear only in quick view. To change product pages, at the top of the editor, select Products, then Default product.

If every product page looks wrong, not only some, start with My changes don't show on my store. What the theme controls and what Shopify controls explains which parts of a product come from your Shopify admin.
