The FAQ section on a product page can show questions that belong to that product, such as how to brew one coffee, before the questions every product shares. You store the questions on the product in your Shopify admin, so each product page shows its own.
Create the question entry
In your Shopify admin, create a metaobject definition named FAQ item. A metaobject definition is the form that each question fills in. Shopify's guide to building a metaobject explains how. Give it these two fields.

Single line text

Multi-line text
The answer, as plain text with its line breaks
The theme reads each field by its key, so the keys must match the table exactly. An entry with an empty question is left out. Use Multi-line text for the answer, because a Rich text answer does not show as formatted text.
Add the list to your products
In your Shopify admin, create a product metafield definition named FAQ, with the namespace and key custom.faq. For its type, select Metaobject, then the FAQ item definition, and allow a list of values rather than one value. Shopify's guide to creating metafield definitions explains each step.
At the top of the editor, select Products, then Default product.
Select the FAQ section. If there is none, click Add section and select one of the FAQ presets, such as FAQ accordions.
In List metafield, enter the metafield's namespace and key, such as custom.faq.
Click Save.
On a product with questions, the product's questions come first, followed by the section's own Question blocks, in one list. The list sits where the first Question block is. If the section has no Question blocks, the list sits after its other blocks. Product questions all start closed.
A product without questions shows only the section's own questions. To show only product questions, remove the section's Question blocks.
With FAQ structured data on, the product's questions are part of the questions the page offers to search engines, as long as they have an answer. FAQ section describes the section's other settings.
