The Scroll text block shows a large paragraph whose letters light up one after another as the customer scrolls down the page. Up to four small round photos can sit between its words. To add one, click Add block in a Section, Card rail, Contact form, Offcanvas drawer, Orbit, Share, Subscription or Video section, or inside a Group block or Columns block, and select Scroll text. The Orbit section comes with one under its arc of photos.
Visitors whose device is set to reduce motion see the whole paragraph at once, with no effect.
Partway down the page, with the default Fade effect, the letters the customer has scrolled past are solid and the rest are still faint.

Setting
What it does
Text
The paragraph. It has no bold, italics or links, and a line break you type shows as a space.
Typography
The size, from the largest, Display 1, through Display 2, Display 3, Heading 1 and Heading 2, to Heading 3. The default is Display 3. The sizes and the display font come from Typography settings, and the text shows in capital letters when Uppercase headings is on there.
Alignment
Puts the lines at the left, in the center or at the right. The default is the center.
Effect
How each letter appears. Fade, the default, turns each letter from faint to solid. Blur and zoom brings each letter in large and blurred, then shrinks it into sharp focus. Rise moves each letter up into place from below the line. Flip turns each letter upright from lying flat. Glow lights each letter amber with a soft glow, then settles it in the text color, a few letters at a time. Flicker lights the letters in a scattered order rather than left to right, and each one brightens, dims once, then stays lit.

Setting
What it does
Image 1 to Image 4
A small round photo, about as tall as a line of text, placed between two words. It appears with the letter before it.
Insert after word
Shows once its image is chosen. The number of the word the photo follows, counting from the first word of Text. The defaults are 2, 6, 10 and 14. Words are counted by the spaces between them, so a word with a hyphen or a comma counts as one. A number larger than the word count puts the photo after the last word.
Layout
Width sets how wide the paragraph runs. Text column keeps it to a centered column up to 864 px wide. Page width, the default, matches Page width in Layout settings. Full width runs from edge to edge of the section. Inside a Group or Columns block, the paragraph never grows past the space it has there.
