The Menu block shows one of your store's menus as a vertical list of links. It suits a side drawer, such as the Offcanvas drawer section, or a column next to other content. To add one, click Add block in a Section, Card rail, Contact form, Offcanvas drawer, Orbit, Share, Subscription or Video section, or inside a Group block or Columns block, and select Menu.
The menu to show. Any menu from your Shopify admin works here, and the default is your main menu.
Width
How wide the list is. Text column keeps it to a centered column up to 864 px wide. Page width, the default, matches Page width in Layout settings. Full width runs from edge to edge of the section. Inside a Group or Columns block, or in a drawer, the list never grows past the space it has there.
Links in the list
The top-level links use the Navigation font from Typography settings. A link with nested links spans the whole row, with a small down arrow at its right end. Clicking the row opens its nested links under it, and clicking it again closes them. When that parent link points to a page, its own link comes first in the opened list, so the page stays one click away. A nested link with links of its own does not open a second time: it shows as a small gray heading in capitals, with its links listed under it. That is the third level, the deepest a Shopify menu goes.
The link to the page the customer is on keeps a light highlight behind it.
If the chosen menu has no links, the block shows nothing on your store. In the editor, it shows a line of text that asks you to select a menu.
