Password section

The Password section is the page visitors see while your store is password protected, before you launch. It shows your logo, a heading, your message and a field where visitors enter the store password. It comes with the password page template and can't be added to other pages. To change it, select the password page template at the top of the editor. Set up your password page walks through the set-up.

The password page has no header, footer or menu. There is no email signup form on it.

With no Image, the logo, the heading and the password field sit centered in one column.

  • The message you enter in Message to your visitors, under Online Store > Preferences in your Shopify admin. Without one, no message shows.
