Your theme's version number is in a menu on the themes page of your Shopify admin. Support asks for it, and it tells you whether a newer version is out.
In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store.
Next to your theme, click the three-dot icon. The published theme is at the top, and your other themes are under Draft themes.
In the menu that opens, find the last item. It shows the version number, such as Version 1.0.0.
