Terms of Use

Last updated October 9, 2026

Checkout Beast makes themes for Shopify stores and sells them through the Shopify Theme Store. These terms apply when you use www.checkoutbeast.com, read our docs, or ask us for support. By doing any of these, you agree to them.

Theme purchase and license

You buy a Checkout Beast theme in the Shopify Theme Store, and Shopify’s terms for theme purchases set the license. In short:

Our docs explain the license, second stores and moving a theme step by step.

Payments and refunds

Shopify takes the payment for a theme and bills it to your store. We never see your payment details.

Theme purchases are final sale under Shopify’s refund policy, and as the theme developer we can’t issue refunds. Shopify Support handles the one exception it allows, moving a theme between two stores you own. Before you buy, you can try the theme on your store from the Shopify admin.

Support

Support is open to every store with a license for a Checkout Beast theme, for as long as it holds that license. Write to us from the contact page. We reply within 2 business days.

What support includes. Questions about how the theme works, help with its settings, and fixes for bugs in the theme.

What support does not include.

If you need custom work, a Shopify Partner can do it. Duplicate your theme before you or anyone else edits its code.

Usage restrictions

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense or share a Checkout Beast theme or its files, in whole or in part, or use them to build a theme for sale.

Docs and website

We write the docs and this website to be accurate, but Shopify and our themes change, and a page can fall behind. We provide them as they are, without a warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the last update.
